Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

PRIVATE LESSONS

1. **Cancellations by the Student:** - **24 Hours Notice or More:** If a student cancels the lesson with at least 24 hours' notice, they are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled lesson at no additional charge. - **Less than 24 Hours Notice:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the coach, based on availability. - **No Show:** If the student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 2. **Refund Requests due to Illness or Emergency:** - If a student is unable to attend a lesson due to illness or a family emergency, a refund or rescheduling may be granted based on the coach's discretion. Documentation (e.g., doctor's note) may be required. 3. **Refunds for Series or Package Lessons:** - For students who purchase a package or series of lessons, refunds will be provided on a prorated basis if lessons are canceled before completion of the package, subject to the above cancellation terms. 4. **Lessons Canceled by the Coach:** - If the coach cancels a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, personal emergency), the student will receive a full refund for that lesson or will be offered a rescheduled date. 5. **Late Arrivals:** - Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the scheduled lesson time. The student will be charged for the full lesson time regardless of the late arrival.

Refunds for monthly memberships are not offered once the billing cycle has begun. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days in advance for cancellation to take effect in the following month. Prorated refunds may be considered for cancellations made prior to the 15th of the month, at the discretion of the facility management. Cancellations due to medical reasons or relocation may be eligible for a full refund, with proper documentation. All membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

1. **Refund Eligibility**: - **Full Refund**: If you cancel your registration **at least 24 hours before** the scheduled training session, you will likely receive a full refund. - **No Refund**: If the cancellation is made **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled training, the participant is usually **not eligible for a refund**. This is because the training spot is often reserved and may not be filled at such short notice. 2. **Partial Refunds**: - Some training programs may offer a **partial refund** or credit towards future sessions if cancellation is made within a certain time frame, like 12-24 hours before the session, but this depends on the organizer. 3. **No-Shows**: - If you do not show up for your scheduled training session without providing any notice, you may forfeit the entire registration fee with no refund. 4. **Transfer Option**: - Some organizers may allow you to **transfer your training session** to another date or person if you cancel within the 24-hour window. However, this usually requires prior approval. 5. **Emergency Exceptions**: - For cases like injury or emergency, certain programs may make exceptions and allow for a refund or rescheduling even if the cancellation is within 24 hours. This typically requires providing documentation, such as a doctor's note. 6. **How to Cancel**: - Most organizations will require cancellations to be made in writing or through an online system (email, phone, or website).
